Three steps. Zero re-typing.
Every order flows from your customer's phone to your loading dock without anyone copying anything into anything.
Customers order by conversation
On your website or in Telegram, an AI assistant greets your customer by name, shows your live catalog with current prices and availability, takes the order, and confirms it with their personal PIN. New customers register themselves in under a minute.
The system does the paperwork
The order is recorded, stock is adjusted, your staff gets an alert to verify, and the customer gets a confirmation by email or text โ their choice. Short an item? The order still goes through, flagged "being sourced," so nothing falls through the cracks.
Your morning is ready at 5 AM
Every day, automatically: a driver's run sheet with stops and signature lines, a warehouse pick list with totals per product, packing slips and invoices for every order, and box labels โ all branded, all PDF, all in your inbox before coffee.
Everything a delivery day needs
AI ordering assistant
Takes orders conversationally on web chat and Telegram, 24/7. Knows your products, your prices, and your stock โ because it checks them live on every order.
Customer accounts with PIN
Every customer gets an ID and a PIN. Orders are verified server-side before anything is written โ no PIN, no order.
Live inventory
Stock counts adjust with every order. Out-of-stock items are flagged for sourcing instead of silently disappearing. Reorder levels feed your restock list.
The 5 AM delivery pack
Run sheet, pick & prep sheet, packing slips + invoices, and 6-up box labels โ four print-ready, logo-branded PDFs, emailed automatically every morning.
Owner dashboard
One bookmarked page: today's deliveries, orders awaiting review, revenue this week vs last, low-stock reorder list, recent orders. Live on your phone, day or night.
Notifications built in
Staff alerts on every new order. Customer confirmations by email or SMS. A weekly summary of orders, revenue, and stock. You hear about problems before customers do.
Your data stays yours
Customers, orders, and inventory live in Excel workbooks in your Microsoft 365. Open them, edit them, export them โ no black box, no lock-in.
Invoices with your terms
Per-order invoices with your pricing, units, totals, and remit-to details, generated automatically as part of the daily pack.
Customized to your business
Your catalog, your branding, your delivery rules, your tone. We adapt every conversation flow and document to how you actually operate.

Frequently asked
Do my customers need to install anything?
No. They order through a chat window on your website or through Telegram if they already use it. There's no app to download and nothing to learn โ they just type what they want.
What happens to my existing way of taking orders?
It keeps working. During the pilot, both run side by side, and plenty of businesses keep taking phone orders indefinitely โ staff can enter those into the same system so everything lands in one place.
Where does my data live?
In Excel workbooks in your own Microsoft 365 account โ customers, orders, and inventory. You can open, edit, and export them any time. If you ever leave, your data is already in your hands.
What if an item is out of stock?
The order still goes through with that item flagged "being sourced." Your team sees the flag on the morning pick sheet and the customer is told honestly that it's being sourced for them โ no silent failures, no surprise shortages at the door.
Is the AI going to say something weird to my customers?
The assistant is constrained to your catalog, your prices, and your ordering rules โ it can't invent products or discounts. That's exactly what the friendly-customer pilot phase is for: we watch real conversations and tighten anything that needs it before full rollout.
What do I need on my end?
A Microsoft 365 account and about an hour a week during implementation. We handle the rest, including loading your catalog and training your team.
