Sites that publish through APIs and automations collect two kinds of clutter: images that are uploaded but never linked to their posts, and years of old posts nobody reads. This bundle handles both.

AIS Media Reattach & Repair

  • Links inline images to their existing Media Library records (sets the attachment parent and the wp-image-ID class) so exports, filters and responsive image sizes work
  • Copies alt text onto media records that have none
  • Never downloads or re-uploads, so no duplicate files
  • Preview shows every change before anything is written; Undo restores any applied batch
  • Unused media scan checks post content, post meta (including Elementor data), options, widgets, theme settings, terms and users, then tags unreferenced files for review. It never deletes files.

AIS Post Cleanup & Archive

  • Find published posts older than a number of days or a fixed date
  • Archive to a restorable status that removes posts from the public site without losing them, or delete permanently
  • Optionally delete the featured image and inline images, keeping any image another post still uses
  • One-click restore of archived posts
  • Optional daily automatic run
  • Optional JSON report to an n8n webhook after each run, secured with a shared secret
